UpliftRFP

    Where to start

Understand invitations, orientation, and the day-one workflow inside UpliftRFP.

UpliftRFP is a tender response platform. You store reusable content (past proposals, policies, case studies, and key personnel profiles) in the Content Vault, then create a project for each live tender opportunity. The app generates draft answers using your vault content, and you refine and export when you are ready.

Access is by invitation. Your organisation administrator will send you an invitation email — follow the link to set up or sign in to your account. Once signed in, you land on the Dashboard with everything accessible from the left-hand sidebar.

If you do not have an invitation yet, speak to whoever manages UpliftRFP at your organisation, or get in touch via the Contact page.

    The typical workflow

    • Populate the Content Vault: upload your best past proposals, policies, and supporting documents so the AI has material to draw on.
    • Configure Customisation in Settings: complete Company Purpose, Brand Tone of Voice, and Custom Prompt so generated answers reflect your organisation's voice.
    • Create a tender response from Tender Responses → New response, uploading the tender documents if you have them.
    • Run Bulk answer generation to produce first-draft answers across all questions at once.
    • Review and refine each question using the answer editor and Eva.
    • Run Tender Intelligence QA to check quality, tone, and coverage before submission.
    • Export the response as a Word document for final formatting and submission.
    • Add the completed response to the Content Vault (with submission date and outcome) so future projects can reuse it.

Suggested first steps (first 15 minutes)

    • Go to Settings → Customisation and fill in Company Purpose, Brand Tone of Voice, and Custom Prompt: these fields directly shape every generated answer.
    • Open the Content Vault and upload three to five of your best recent proposals, your company overview document, and any standard policies you quote in tenders.
    • Create a test tender response to explore the project page before working on a live bid: you can always archive or delete it.

    Common first-time questions

    • My draft answers look generic: the Content Vault is likely empty or sparse. Add more relevant documents and re-run generation on those questions.
    • I cannot see a colleague's project: you may be looking at different workspaces. Check the organisation switcher at the top of the sidebar and make sure you are both in the same workspace.
    • I have not received an invitation: ask your organisation administrator to invite you from Settings → Team Management. There is no open sign-up page.
    • Unexpected billing questions: billing is managed per organisation by the admin under Settings → Billing.
    • My tender file did not extract questions well: text-based PDFs and Word documents give the best results. Scanned image PDFs rely on OCR and may be less accurate. Wait for extraction to finish before expecting a full question list.
    • Where is Eva?: Eva lives inside each question page — look for the Eva bar below the question text. There is also a project-level Eva you can open from the tender response page for broader, cross-question conversations.
