Brand & styling
Configure brand colours, fonts, export cover page, and diagram styling for Word exports and embedded visuals.
Brand & styling controls how your organisation appears in exported Word documents and in embedded diagrams inside answers.
Find it under Settings → Customisation → Brand & styling.
Brand colours and font
- Primary: headings in exported documents and the default for diagram headers.
- Secondary: accents and table borders; default for diagram arrows and timeline bars.
- Ink: body text in documents and diagrams.
- Surface: table zebra-striping and diagram activity panels.
- Font: the typeface used in exports and diagrams.
- These settings apply workspace-wide to every tender response unless overridden per project.
Export cover page
- UpliftRFP adds a branded cover page to every Word export, using your organisation logo, the response name, client name, and submission deadline.
- Upload an optional default cover image to fill the bottom band of the cover. If you leave it blank, a solid brand-colour band is used instead.
- A live preview on this page shows how the cover will look before you export.
Diagram overrides
- Diagram overrides are optional. Leave them blank to inherit your brand colours above.
- When set, you can give diagrams their own primary, secondary, accent, ink, and activity background colours, plus a diagram-specific font.
- Phase header gradients (shade, linear, or radial) control how methodology phase blocks are shaded.
- Live previews show Phases / Methodology, Timeline / Milestones, and Key Points widgets with your current settings.
Per-project overrides
- For a specific tender, open Project settings from the project page to upload a client logo and cover image that apply only to that response.
- A project cover image overrides your organisation's default cover image for that export.
- See Project settings for details.
